Miller Property Management is a family owned company based in Durham.  Our company was founded in 2017 by Jay Miller, local philanthropist and business leader.  As a local businessman himself, Jay understood the importance of affordable real estate to entrepreneurs.  So when he started MPM, it was with the explicit goal of reinvesting in the community by providing high-quality office and retail space to other business owners at the best value possible.  By investing in high demand areas and prioritizing value to the customer, we believe we perform an essential service to the community by helping local businesses in the Triangle area achieve their full potential.
